Bo Watson, and passed into law without a governor signature, HB 368/SB 893 empowers public school teachers to help students understand, analyze, critique, and review the scientific strengths and scientific weaknesses of existing scientific theories covered in the course being taught, such as evolution and global warming. Bill similar to Louisiana Science Education Act of 2008
